Guests are required to notify Reception of visitors and visitors will be permitted at management’s discretion.9.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;ONE CAR PARK is allocated per apartment. Vehicles found in unallocated car parks will be fined $100 per day and may be removed to allow a guest or resident to use their allocated car park.10. KEYS are to be returned to Reception or placed in the Key Safe opposite the Reception door. If a key is not returned or lost a charge of $300 will apply to cover a change of lock, keys and security card/fob.11. The MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE staying in a room is 6 people for a 3-bedroom apartment, 4 people for a 2-bedroom apartment and 2 people for a 1-bedroom apartment. A charge of $50 per person per night will apply to extra people staying in the apartment. EXCEEDING THE MAXIMUM number of people in an apartment during the day may result in the booking being terminated without refund.12. LOST PROPERTY will be held at the property for 30 days. We will do all we can to contact the guest so that arrangements can be made to return the property. A minimum charge of $20 will apply for postage and charged to the guest’s credit card.13.
